Osprey flies was originally set up by Scottish International fly fishers Brian Peterson and Gus Shepherd. Many of the patterns in our brochure have been used very successfully by them in International, National and Club Competitions.

With over 80 years of fly fishing and fly tying experience between them you can trust in their patterns…………we do.

Brian continues to play an active part in the busines however Gus reluctantly and due to various other commitments will now be taking a back seat, so in future all of the orders will be handled from our new premises in Stenhousemuir, this will enable us to greatly expand our range and so provide a better service to you our customer however the constraints of this website are many and to provide the best service it has been decided to transfere the fly list to another site called www.iansflies.com on this site you will be able to select your flies and pay for them by Paypal or by cheque, everything else remains the same and I hope you continue to support our efforts to provide first class flies to our fellow anglers.
